Information for Tenants

Rest assured if you rent a property through Barclay Property Services that it will be in good condition and will comply with all current safety legislation.
Your security deposit, equivalent to one month's rent, will be fully protected in one of the prescribed deposit protection schemes.

If we are able to find a suitable property we aim to make it available to you as simply and quickly as possible.

References will obviously be required but we can usually clear these within three working days.

An administration fee, dependant on the number of tenants, is also payable, e.g. Single tenant     £85.00 inc. VAT
                    Two tenants     £115.00 inc. VAT

No other fees are payable.
